As part of the Talent Acquisition team you will deliver the full life cycle of recruiting responsibilities:
  • Drive and manage recruitment process of internal and external candidates, including but not limited to: creation of job postings; interview and selection process; collaboration with HR and management to develop, present, negotiate and close job offers
  • Support an average workload consisting of 10 - 20 concurrent requisitions, depending on complexity
  • Develop relationships with hiring managers to serve as the subject matter expert for talent acquisition, including conducting consultative sessions to review recruitment process and ensure role clarity with hiring manager
  • Develop recruitment strategies to meet unique requirements of open positions; including working with the Recruitment team to determine how to effectively attract the highest quality talent
  • Identify marketing techniques for sourcing of open positions
  • Source active and passive candidates, utilizing the ATS to maintain accurate data for reporting purposes as well as candidate information for filling current and upcoming positions
  • Maintain communication with applicants and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure customer service excellence
  • Develop monthly recruiting metrics and measure recruitment practices against metrics to analyze for gaps and develop innovative recruiting solutions
  • Serve as employment brand ambassador and work with the HR team to proactively promote and leverage employment brand within and outside the organization
  • Participate and/or lead special projects and initiatives to support recruitment initiatives.
  • Provide mentoring support to other Recruiters on the team
Required Knowledge & Experience:
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in recruitment and selection
  • Experience recruiting in the professional or technology services sector
  • Proven track record of identifying top candidates
  • Knowledge of and experience with ATS’
  • Strong professional social media presence
  • Knowledge and understanding of recruiting compliance and regulation
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion and consultative skills with ability to influence and deliver results
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload in a constantly changing environment to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong positive and trusting relationships with Manager and Director level colleagues, to ensure business needs are met in a professional and timely manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Business acumen and management of talent acquisition metrics
