Due to our continued growth and success, we have a fantastic opportunity to join an established and successful software business and play a key role on our Industry Solutions team.
As a result of our continued growth and success Vision33 currently has a new opening for a Principal, Manufacturing. Reporting to the Industry Solutions Delivery Manager, you will be accountable and responsible for the implementation and support of our client projects with advanced manufacturing solutions. Applying your skills and knowledge, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements from key stakeholders, as well as assisting in the development of formal project plans and timelines to successfully deploy software solutions. In addition, you will provide lead support in the installation and configuration of our manufacturing solution to meet each client's individual requirements and participate in end-user training and on-going support to both clients and internal stakeholders.  This position will be based out of an eastern North America location. Relocation assistance is available to the candidate, if required.

As the Principal, Manufacturing you will be responsible for:
  • Providing manufacturing implementation consultation and support services during SAP Business One installations, upgrades and customizations to the global client base
  • Being the overall Industry Solutions Manufacturing subject matter expert
  • Providing Level II Industry Solutions Product Support
  • Training and mentoring Vision33 consultants on the Beas software and guiding them on Manufacturing-related Industry Best Practices
  • Support of the Presales team in the preparation of advanced demonstration solutions
  • Recognize and address gaps between the manufacturing solution and the client’s business practices
  • Providing SME support on all things relating to the manufacturing software solution
  • Documenting and analyzing manufacturing processes and procedures within a client environment
  • Providing Scope, Budget, and Timeline Reviews of all Manufacturing Industry Solution Implementation Projects
  • Identifying project risks and challenges, and developing resolution plans
  • Being the Quality Assurance Expert as it relates to the manufacturing solution
  • Effectively communicating and building consensus with clients
  • Customizing forms and developing reports using Crystal Reports
  • Designing and conducting data migration from legacy systems into SAP Business One
  • Achievement of individual billable utilization targets
  • Other duties as required or assigned
In this key role, you bring to this position:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business (Accounting) and/or Information Systems from a recognized post-secondary institution
  • 5+ years’ experience in business process consulting with ERP software implementations
  • 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing implementation role, preferably SAP Business One (or other Tier I & Tier II ERP solutions such as those offered by Microsoft, Oracle, Sage, Infor, Epicor, NetSuite)
  • 5+ years’ implementation experience with Boyum Beas manufacturing software.
  • A thorough understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes and procedures (both process and discrete manufacturing)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Superior people skills; team-oriented, fast learner and very personable
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve success within a consulting environment
  • Must be able to travel throughout USA, Canada and Europe as required – travel estimated up to 40%
