As an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team you will primarily focus on the first stage of the recruiting process: 
  • Identify recruitment strategies that will utilize multiple sourcing channels and marketing techniques to locate, engage and attract high quality passive talent for the company’s most unique and competitive talent searches; headhunting across multiple regions nationally and internationally 
  • Develop and maintain talent pools by nurturing professional relationships with top talent 
  • Utilize the ATS to maintain accurate data for reporting purposes, as well as, candidate information for filling current and upcoming positions 
  • Provide timely and ongoing communication with both candidates and recruiters to fill key roles within the organization 
  • Support the recruitment team with open roles; workload consisting of 5 - 10 requisitions, depending on sourcing volume 
Required Knowledge & Experience: 
  • Minimum of 2 - 5 years sourcing/ headhunting experience (both staffing agency and corporate recruitment environments preferred) 
  • Proven track record of identifying top passive candidates 
  • Strong professional social media presence, specific to recruitment.  Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Twitter, Facebook, etc) 
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques  
  • Crafting and sending compelling recruiting emails 
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings) 
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload in a constantly changing environment to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines 
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong positive and trusting relationships with Manager and talent acquisition colleagues, to ensure business needs are met in a professional and timely manner 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required 
  • Relevant experience in the professional or technology services sector preferred 
  • Business acumen and management of talent acquisition: sourcing metrics
