An exciting career opportunity is now available for a full-time eGovernment Solutions Consultant
. This role will support our continued growth in new customer acquisition, specific to public sector agencies in need of leading edge permitting, licensing, planning, code enforcement and inspection solutions. As an eGovernment Pre-Sales Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the brightest minds in our industry. Given the location of our clients, and the remote nature of the work required, we are flexible on location.
You will contribute in a key role within the sales team to successfully win new business. Applying your product knowledge and domain expertise, you will demonstrate to potential clients the dynamic ability of our partners’ software solutions and represent the expertise of the Vision33 delivery team. You will participate in the proposal process as well as prepare sales demonstrations and presentations.
Excited to face any new challenge, you will bring to this position the following skills and qualifications:
- A University degree or college diploma in a Business-related field from a recognized post-secondary institution;
- Working knowledge of government permitting, licensing, planning, code enforcement and inspection software;
- Public sector experience;
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales success;
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills with a very high attention to detail;
- Excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills;
- Proven time management skills in a dynamic sales environment;
- Superior people skills: team-oriented, fast learner, and personable; and
- Ability to understand and absorb client process and feedback to develop strategic responses and direction.
Previous experience in a presales role for government software solutions for permitting, licensing, planning, code enforcement and inspections is required as well as proven experience in public sector business process review and workflow analysis. The successful candidate must have the ability to understand customer needs and then formulate and present application solutions that address process gaps and improvement.
