We are looking for a self-motivated, high-energy sales leader with an outstanding deal-closing track record to fill our new Sales Director role for our growing West Coast US territory. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for building and motivating an expanding sales team, assessing potential SMB and LE markets and developing strategic plans to drive growth, enabling internal cross-functional collaboration, leveraging corporate systems to improve sales processes, and achieving sales force optimization in a complex and dynamic ERP market.

As a Sales Director, ERP, your responsibilities include:
Lead and inspire a cohesive sales team to execute on and exceed sale targets.
Build on Vision33's sales strategy by collaborating with internal Management Teams and our Executive Team including participation in strategic planning initiatives.
Lead regional demand forecasting activities to build a robust market awareness and plan for growth opportunities in our west territory that covers 13 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Identify, develop, and close new SMB and LE opportunities in our west coast region to meet revenue and sales targets and drive the growth rate of the region over 20% annually.
Develop and foster strong client relationships and maintain prospect engagement to ensure a deep and rich pipeline of opportunities.
Build and maintain new referral networks across the west coast territory.
Equipped the sales team with strong knowledge of Vision33’s full product and service offering(s) to ensure prospects fully understand, and are attracted to, our proposed solution(s) and partnerships.
Enable the sales team to provide product quotes and solution offerings/options that meet client needs while ensuring process and contract compliance.
Maintain accurate and timely reporting on all sales activities and progress for the region.
Exceed regional sales targets and generate revenue through sales closures.

A minimum 10 years of proven sales experience meeting and exceeding targets.
Demonstrated leadership experience driving and motivating a cohesive and effective sales team.
Experience in technical sales and selling ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft, Sage, NetSuite, Acumatica, and Macola in SMB and LE markets is considered an asset.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication and relationship/partnership building skills from executive to operational level.
Results-oriented and competitive mindset who demonstrates a strong business acumen along with both analytical and strategic skills.
Self-starter with a passion to win and determination to achieve results.
Ability to travel to client sites across western US as well as local and global events where necessary.
