Due to our continued success and expansion, we are now looking for a Resource Coordinator to provide support to our growing team. In this role you will be:
  • Coordinating between internal business lines and teams while managing resources, timelines, and project budgets.
  • Generating and running reports plus performing metrics review analysis.
  • Working with external contractors and vendors - Coordinating projects and providing project administrative support.
  • Acting as a project lead and subject matter expert for contract administration, support, and working directly with our contract management tool - DocuSign.
  • Partnering with our accounting team to produce purchase orders, invoices, and manage client billing.
  • Learning how to use a variety of corporate tools and systems such as Zendesk, Smartsheet, and DocuSign.
  • Liaising with other corporate services teams such as IT and HR to support management of our internal staff and consultants.
  • Assisting with management of timesheets, as well as securing and organizing resources for new projects.
  • Providing advisory support and training on new processes to the management team.

This role will be instrumental to the organization in achieving successful execution of projects and client deliverables that are in alignment with Vision33's high standards of service and timeliness.
To successfully perform the responsibilities of this position, you must possess the following qualifications:
  • University Degree or Diploma. Business, Project Administration/Management, Accounting or Technology preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Business Administration or project-oriented role.
  • Must be highly organized and able to multi-task/juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a drive to meet project deadlines is a must. 
  • Keen ability to multi-task on several projects simultaneously and effectively manage client expectations.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience dealing with both remote resources and clients is considered valuable.
  • Superior people skills; team-oriented, a fast learner and very personable.
