As Vision33’s Senior Director, Marketing and Lead Generation you will be pivotal in the continued growth and success of our products and services. Reporting to the Executive, you will be responsible for the global development and execution of our B2B marketing strategies and programs. In this high impact role, you will work closely with our executive team, cross-functional team members, and external partners, to foster a collaborative working environment and advance Vision33’s position in the Digital ERP market. Focused on acquiring and retaining new customers through the management of all online and offline marketing programs including, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, webinars, content syndication, email, social, lead nurturing, channel marketing and analytics, the qualified candidate will be a driven and engaged senior leader with a successful track record of building and leading, global marketing programs.  


This position requires a candidate with a blend of strategy, technical, creative, analytic, and project management expertise.  Act as an ambassador of marketing for Vision33, you will come to work everyday with unbridled enthusiasm and unbounded optimism for the Vision33 of tomorrow!  

As a Senior Director, Marketing and Lead Generation, you will: 

  • Define and execute corporate marketing and brand strategy for Vision33 that deliverers against our strategic priorities and results in increasing marketing’s contribution to revenue growth; 

  • Lead a team of marketing specialists (internal and contractor) to deliver on all aspects of marketing programs; 

  • Work to build strong cross-functional relationships with business line and industry partners to drive growth and engagement among our clients and channel partners, including key publisher relationships (SAP/Sage, etc.); 

  • Oversee global marketing lead generation to continuously improve Vision33’s strategy and programs that generate demand for our products and services to surpass annual revenue targets and KPIs; 

  • Manage marketing efforts for brand position and awareness; 

  • Perform industry and competitive analysis to inform the sales process and help positioning and messaging; 

  • Collaborate with Vision33 leadership in executing the company’s B2B marketing strategy, programs and campaigns (internal/external branding, lead generation, advertising/sponsorships, events, digital marketing); 

  • Manage the use of digital tools and processes to support marketing and lead generation; and  

  • Accountable for the management, development and reporting on all  marketing initiatives   Vision33  websites. 

To successfully perform the responsibilities of this position, you must possess the following qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years marketing experience required; Master's degree is preferred; 

  • Minimum of 8+ years in managing B2B Marketing programs for digital transformation solutions with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results; 

  • Minimum 8+ years managing a team of employees, as well as external contractors; 

  • Proven track record managing marketing pipeline generation, including managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis in fast-pace environments;  

  • Experience with external/internal communications, brand development, creative, digital marketing, social media, and thought leadership campaigns; 

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail; 

  • Expertise in integrated CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot; 

  • Dynamic and motivating digitally minded Marketing Leader who is comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities; 

  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills with the ability to explain and translate complex technology concepts into simple and intuitive communications; and 

  • Self-motivated, team-player and driven to achieve success within a cross-functional and collaborative consulting environment.
