Due to our continued growth and success at Vision33 Inc. we currently have an opening for a Customer Success Manager in our UK region. Reporting to the Partner Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customer success and satisfaction through clear and unambiguous communication with customers from the start. Be the voice of the client in Vision33 and the voice of Vison33 with the client throughout the implementation process. As Customer Success Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Owning the entire relationship with assigned clients, from involvement with the initial implementation project through to the day do day management of the account post go-live.
  • Establishing relationships as a trusted and strategic advisor to help ensure the continued value of our products and services to the customer.
  • Developing and maintaining customer-success strategies and best practices, as well as customer-support content.
  • Communicating effectively with both internal and external senior managers to better understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and share learnings.
  • Maintaining existing customer-success metrics and data as directed.
  • Serving as the day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting both.
  • Reviewing the customer journey, determining how it’s supported, and using a consultative approach to help clients overcome issues and achieve their goals.
  • Facilitating interaction and workflow among project team members, including third-party service providers, to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Collaborate, problem-solve, and/or strategize with team members on upcoming client meetings.
  • Preparing documentation or visuals of campaign performance for client; analyze trends in CSAT and NPS scores to identify areas for improvement.
  • Working with sales and marketing teams to boost customer referrals and develop case studies.

Excited to face any new challenge, you will bring to this position the following skills and qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability and willingness to talk to people at all levels within a business.  Strong command of written English is required. 
  • Basic knowledge of finance and accounting should be advantageous.
  • Ability and desire to take ownership of a problem and liaise with necessary parties to reach a resolution.
  • Creative, with an ability to think outside the box.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
  • Knowledge of general administrative systems like Microsoft Office 365, HubSpot and project management tools like Smartsheet.
