Due to our global growth and success, we are searching for a Chief Financial Officer to join Vision33’s senior management team. In this role you will report directly to the President.  You will be part of our strategic team where you will have an exciting opportunity to enable the further success and growth of our global organization. You will be responsible for: 

• Providing a holistic view of our financial environment, monitoring Vison33’s internal financial performance, as well as developing predictions and forecasts for the industry as a whole. 
• Building Financial Models, including roadmaps for financial growth and results, particularly in the area of ARR.  
• Identifying and defining additional and value-add KPIs for the organization.  Providing timely and accurate reporting, analysis, and recommendations on those KPIs and their impact to the business.  
• Developing Investment Models, for new solutions, products, and strategies to determine alignment with our P&Ls, required KPI measurements, ROI benchmarks, and strategies for success. 
• Optimizing cash management and investment opportunities.  Full cash flow management, modeling, and predictions as well as recommendations for return.  
• Contributing to our strategic growth strategy through collaboration with the President and Executive team to develop and execute initiatives that drive growth, including acquisitions, partnerships, and other opportunities.
• Influencing our accounting operational efficiency and execution with ownership of our financial management including development and implementation of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts that are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Providing strategic guidance to the executive team on corporate financial matters.

Requirements for this role include: 

• Minimum Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field of study, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. CPA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years’ of experience in a private sector financial leadership role within a professional services and product company (preference in the area of digital transformation).
• Forward-thinking strategic mindset, to provide valuable insights that can initiate positive changes within the company, along with the willingness to provide practical and tactical contributions where needed. 
• Broad-minded and well-rounded experience with openness to change and supportive of pivoting priorities.  
• Strong business acumen with a proficient ability to master new concepts. 
• Exceptional ability to monitor, allocate, and control finances on a large scale and ability to articulate and present ideas and recommendations related to financial analysis and projections to company stakeholders.
