Working as a member of our Corporate Services IT Operations team, you will provide a full range of IT services to support our operations here in Canada, as well as the UK and the United States. 

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing front-line IT Help Desk support including: Desktop/Laptop, Phone/Voice System, Wireless devices, Printers etc.
  • Monitoring Help Desk ticketing system to ensure problems and issues are being addressed in a timely manner.
  • Installing machine images and upgrading machines as required.
  • Maintaining a local IT inventory as well as keeping our IT Asset Inventory master data updated.
  • Troubleshooting issues across a number of technology areas including: Windows 7/8/10, Microsoft Office365 (including Outlook, Skype for Business/Teams and SharePoint), FTP access, networks, hardware and desktop application issues.
  • Completing employee workstation setup and moves, including on-site or off-site as required.
  • Performing “New Hire Orientation” on IT equipment, standard IT applications and Corporate IT policies.
  • Providing support to employees in our offices in Canada, US and the UK as well as employees working from home or from our customer sites.
  • Conducting employee information sessions on IT tools best practices.
To successfully perform the responsibilities of this position, you must possess the following qualifications:
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in an IT Support (Help Desk/Service Desk) operational role
  • Excellent listening and communication skills to provide exceptional IT support to a dynamic global team
  • Experience with a range of technologies, specifically: Windows 7/8/10; Office365 - including Skype for Business; VOIP; and desktop/laptop imaging
  • Excellent problem solving skills, with a real passion for technology and a desire to help professionals 
  • Ability to work independently while supporting remote teams
  • Flexibility and adaptability to be responsive to support requests while balancing daily tasks and responsibilities
  • Degree or College Diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution
